Delete your account from within the app

You can permanently delete your Wander Tenerife account and all associated data directly from the mobile app:

1. Open the app and go to Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap "Delete account."
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

What happens after you delete your account

Your account is immediately deactivated and you are signed out. For 30 days afterward, you can recover it by simply signing back in and choosing "Recover" — all your data is restored exactly as it was.

If you do not recover your account within 30 days, it and all associated data are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems. This includes your profile, uploaded photos, trail plans, AI chat history, community marketplace posts, and subscription records.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app or your account (e.g. a lost device), you can request deletion by emailing us at wandertenerifeapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days of your request.
